Machining

We use the following equipment for machining:

CNC lath – Goodway GLS-2000LM

• Maximal turning diameter: 430mm
• Maximal spindle passage: 66mm
• Tool drive and C-axis part of the machine.

Machining centre – JIH-6500H

• Working area (X/Y/Z): 3,500x650x650mm
• 4th-axis Maximal diameter 320mm
• Machining and tool probe: Renishaw

For the preparation of NC programs for our CNC machines we use the process CAD/CAM software GibbsCAM.

Machine cutting

We operate a Kaltenbach semi-automatic circular saw with CNC loading and CNC turning of the cutting angle.
